Greg Haywood joined BCS as Chief Financial Officer in August 2001, before being appointed CEO in 2003. Greg is an active ISTM Board Member and brings a wealth of management and financial experience to his leadership role.
Jason Starr-Thomas
Group Chief Operating Officer
Jason Starr-Thomas has 20 years’ management experience in hospitality and service industries and joined BCS in 2009. Jason has held a number of Board and operations management positions during his career, including Director of Operations for Best Western Hotels.
Jong Byun
Chief Finance Officer & Company Secretary
Jong Byun has 16 years’ Chartered Accountancy experience at KPMG, and a further six years in the commercial field in senior financial management roles. Jong joined BCS in 2006.
John Georgas
General Manager Business Development & Marketing
John Georgas joined BCS in 2008 with an excellent track record in senior management roles across a variety of financial services, including St. George and Suncorp/GIO. In October 2010, John was elected as a director of the UDIA NSW Council.
Michelle Cummins
General Manager Human Resources
Michelle Cummins joined BCS from Inscor Property Services, when the business was bought out by PICA in 2004. Michelle draws on over 15 years’ experience in the strata management business.
