Greg Haywood 
Chief Executive Officer & Company Secretary

Greg Haywood joined BCS as Chief Financial Officer in August 2001 before being appointed CEO. Greg is an ISTM Board Member. He has held senior Executive roles including Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Board positions during his career and brings a wealth of management and financial experience to Prudential Investment Group of Companies.

Jong Byun
Chief Finance Officer 

Jong has had sixteen years Chartered Accountancy experience with KPMG as a Director / Senior Manager in their audit and advisory divisions. The past six years have been spent in the commercial field where he was General Manager - Finance & Administration for Daewoo Automotive and then Corporate Controller for Philips Electronics Australia Limited. Jong joined BCS in 2006.

Denis Broad
Director and Chief Operating Officer Queensland

Denis is a company Director and in his role as Chief Operating Officer, has overall control of Queensland. He is also a Director and fellow of the Community Titles Institute Queensland.

Greg Freeman 
Chief Operating Officer NSW
 

Greg has been a Portfolio Manager at BCS since 2000. Prior to this he was a financial analyst and corporate banker with two American financial institutions.

Richard Allard
Chief Operating Officer - South East Quensland

Richard joined BCS in 2002 as a Body Corporate Manager after an extensive career in corporate and investment banking. He was made branch manager in 2004 and is a board member of the Community Titles Institute of Queensland.

Michael Jeans
Chief Operating Officer - Victoria

Michael is branch manager and portfolio manager of some of BCS' larger properties. He has successfully managed the commercial operations for over two years, constantly delivering excellent results.

Michelle Cummins
Human Resources Manager 

Michelle joined BCS from Inscor Property Services, Melbourne and was appointed in December 2004. Michelle has over 15 years experience in the Body Corporate industry and will continue to focus on the HR and Training needs of Body Corporate Services.

Sharyn Taylor
GM Administration

Sharyn joined BCS in 1989 and is the National Administration Manager. Recent years have seen Sharyn take up the role of Change Manager for BCS. In this position she has over seen a number of important changes across the organisation.

Information Systems Manager

Michelle leads a team of skilled technical and development staff to deliver high quality information services to the business, allowing the business to deliver the best possible service to its clients.

Cindy Martin
Business Development Manager

Cindy has worked in the property industry for nearly 30 years covering all aspects of the industry. For the six years prior to joining BCS in March 2006 Cindy was property editor for two of Australia's largest selling newspapers. Cindy has been appointed General Manager Business Development and works very closely with developers and the executive committees of our existing buildings to ensure that our promise of service excellence is delivered.

 

Terry Kemp
Manager - Kemps Petersons NSW

Terry has had over 17 years experience in the Commercial and Trade debt recovery industry. He was appointed NSW manager in July 2007. The business strives to deliver high level debt recovery and legal services to Commercial and Body Corporate clients alike.

Stephen Stafford
Manager - Kemps Petersons VIC

Steve was appointed Victorian Manager of our merged Receivables business Kemps Petersons Pty Ltd in July 2007. The business works in closely with both Commercial and Body Corporate clients.
