BCSConnect is an online portal. It’s designed to allow our clients easy and secure access to their building’s information at any time and from anywhere. Once registered, owners are able to access:
  • Contact information for their BCS strata manager
  • Financial information for each building – bank balance and balance sheet (committee members only)
  • Client’s own levy information and statement of account
  • Online levy payment through DEFT
  • Insurance details
  • Repairs and maintenance issued by BCSblue (committee members only)
  • Online Invoice Approval
  • User details update facility
