Community Hub

      Community Hub is an online service portal designed to allow BCS clients easy and secure access to their building’s information at any time and from anywhere.To Register on Community Hub  click here.

Once registered, owners are able to access:

  • Contact information for their BCS strata manager
  • Financial information for each building – bank balance and balance sheet (delegated members from the scheme only)
  • Client’s own levy information and statement of account
  • Online levy payment through DEFT - secure online payment facility
  • Insurance details
  • Repairs and maintenance – Allows your committee to review works that are being completed on behalf of your building
  • Online Invoice Approval – access by delegated person from the scheme
  • User details update facility
